The inside of my dryer is turning blue as well, I assume it's from all the jeans being dried and the dye rubbing off?

Its dye from blue jeans, all you can do is replace the drum or ignore it. real common for whirlpool products.

My dryer really smells and is making my washing smell reall stale

Check the inside for wearing of plastics or dirt accumulated on the TUB. use some vinegar to wash the tub and clearr off using detergent.
if the smell persists you must check inside for dirt accumulation in the drain or the inner tub.

I have a front loader dryer and the inside is turning blue, causing my clothes to be tinted blue.

If you have washed some NEW blue denims, some of the dye will get on everything. Blue denims are often a pain, and if you wear them before washing them they will get that same blue dye all over you.
It didn't hurt your washer, just run a couple loads through and add a little bleach to the whites. Note that if you put bleach in with OTHER colors, they will fade.
The trick is, never wash ANYTHING with blue denims, especially when they're new.

Hi,

The is a wire rubbed through inside there...DO NOT use your dryer until you get the wires fixed!!! Turn off the power to the dryer at the circuit breaker and do not touch the dryer till all power is OFF!!!

There can be many reasons why your dryer will not start or turn...

The most common causes are the belt breaking or jumping off, or the motor going bad...

Here are a couple of tips that I wrote will help you to figure out why your dryer will not run...

It starts out fine but shuts itself off after only a few minutes.

It appears that you don't have air movement through the machine. Check the vent hose and outside fixture for lint build-up. Vacuum the machine's inside pipe and underneath the lint filter. Wash the lint filter in hot water and detergent to remove fabric softener deposits (which will block air flow). Check for airflow outside when the dryer runs. Hope this helps!

The inside of my dryer is turning blue!

It sounds like a fountain pen may have exploded in there. If the drum is blue from something like ink, the best stuff I have used to remove ink from a dryer is some stuff called "Goo Gone". You can find it at department stores like Wal-Mart, etc. Hope this helped and best wishes.

Inside of dryer has turned blue from what i am thinking is my jeans. when i wasd whites they turn blue

Wow, where were the jeans made? I'd definately take them back. If any of your other clothes were ruined, I'd take them along. To avoid bad publicity, the store just might replace all for your silence.

Inside of dryer is turning blue. How do I clean it? My clothes do not seem to be affected by this...my whites are staying white...but I can't figure out what to do about this.

My best guess, is it is your blue jeans. fingernail polish remover..non acetone usually does the job. Stay in a well ventillated area when doing this. Good luck.

Blue dye under three seperators inside dryer drum.

ok " you would have to pull the drum to get at those screws

what I would do is use a tooth brush with some bleach
that should take care of it.
