Question about SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 Player
My sansa just froze, and the buttons don't work, i can't turn it off. when i plug it into my computer, it doesn't show if its connected or not & i can't see anything. its like everything disappeared. i don't understand why because i was listening to my music when it all of a sudden froze. i just got it like 3 months ago, the on/off button doesn't even work, so i can't even restart it.
Same here i dnt know what my mp3 was but it was sansa and it looks like the on in the picture but it had a little thing to put a string in it was like a square on the right top corner were the on and off button is.

I had the same problem with my Sansa Fuze, however this device does not have screws in the back. If you hold the power button up for ten seconds, the device will turn off and you can turn it back on and everything will be great!

I had the same problem. Remove the the 4 small screws on the back, and carefully take off the back cover. Remove the black and white battery pack. After about one minute, reinstall the battery pack and put the back cover on. It should now work again.
Hope this helps.
