Replace the Fan. Normally on desktops there are two fans. One in the Power Supply and One that sits on top of the CPU Heat Sink. The computer will run hot and shut down if the fan is not running. This can cause damage to the motherboard.

Now some systems the fan will turn on and off as needed. if your system is not shutting down or you are not getting any messages about the fan or having boot issues because of the fan, don't worry about it. It will turn on when needed.

LG LFX33975ST French Door Refrigerator, 32.5 cu. ft. Which fan is making noise?

Question edited for clarity, MAKER.
Question moved to Model Category.

Your fridge freezer has three fans.

The compressor evaporator fan cuts in and out as required to maintain temperature.

The fridge evaporator circulation fan runs to maintain an even temperature. It stops when to open the door and resumes when you close it and stops when the set temperature is reached as long as the compressor isn't running. If the compressor is running, the fan normally runs to prevent icing which happens slowly.

The freezer also has a fan, and that runs pretty much all the time unless target temperature is met and the compressor is not running. This fan runs when you open the door to stop the moist air from the room freezing on contact to the 0'F, -18'C evaporator fins. The fan keeps the air moving to deposit less frost.

It sounds like your is running normally except for the noise. Trace the noise and find it. The compressor fan has a Shark Paper fibre board cover and these often distort over time and touch the fan blades. That is the common cause. The less common cause is the internal fans pinging off built up ice that should have been removed during the defrost cycle.

My coolin fan wont come on wat should I do

Cooling fan is controlled by a relay and a temp sensor. You need to check that each piece is working.
Run power to the fan. fan run? fan ok.
Bridge the relay. Fan run? run power to the relay coil. Fan run? relay good.
find temp sensor. replace.

Fan will not come on.

The fan has to run if the compressor is running as the fan assists in removing the heat from the condenser coil. Can you spin the fan by hand? If there is full power(120 volts) to the fan and it isn't running then the fan motor is bad. Also, if the fan motor has a run capacitor this could keep the fan from running(if the capacitor is defective) so look for this first.

Cooliant fan not running

The tempature switch for the fan will be located on the radiator tank, most likly near the bottom or mid way up. It will have two wires in most cases.

With the key on but the car not running, connect these two wires together. If the fan runs, replace this radiator switch.

If the fan does not run, pull the connectors apart going to the fan itself. Jump power and ground to each of these two wires. If the fan does not run, the problem is the fan. If it does run, the problem is most likely the relay for this fan

Good Luck!

2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Radiator Fan Doesn't run

Have you confirmed the fan has a good ground, sounds like you have eliminated the issue of 12 volts, when you turn on the fan then the AC does the compressor run? if the compressor runs pull the plug to the fan motor and check to see if has 12 volts with a test light, wait for moment because the fan may not run until the AC system pressure reaches a certain pressure point, this means that even though the compressor is running the fan may not always run, There is a quick test for the fan circuit, disconnect the fan sensor at the thermostat housing, the fan should come on, this is failure mode, so if the switch goes open the fan will run to keep the engine from overheating , let me know after the tests are run.
