SOURCE: LUXOR V16LCDHD AFTER POWER FAILURE, STANDBY LIGHT

Since nearly all of our entertainment electronics is 'computerized' to some extent, unstable AC can cause lockups so when this occurs, the first thing to try is to pull the AC plug, overnight at best, and plug it back in the next day. If that doesn't work, the power supply has taken a hit and will likely need repair or replacement.
We like to call every power outage a 'surge' when sometimes it doesn't surge but drops out momentarily. Surges are mostly caused by lightning strikes that don't even have to be that local and may be miles away but send high voltage spikes down the lines before any mechanical breaker can interrupt the power. A cheap 'surge protector' will help for lesser events but if they are subjected to several hits, they start to lose their effectiveness and should be replaced. In a single family residence, a 'whole house surge protector' is good insurance and can be installed as a DIY project for under $200 US and even include insurance for 5-10 years against losses of powered equipment.

Luxor tv keeps losing picture

Luxor is a budget brand made in Turkey for the Swedish market. You likely have failing components, probably electrolytic capacitors. You put the set on, they warm up and fail. They can be replaced but you are better to invest in a new set by one of the major makers like Samsung, Sony or LG. A quick search shows they have some history of faulting

Why is my Luxor smart tv displaying no signal when it is all connected

No signal from the box supplying the signal, or someone pressed the Source button on the remote and you are accessing an HDMI Port that has no plug in it.
