You do have a lower element. On convection ovens they are usually covered. If you look in the bottom of you oven you should see it is elevated in a rectangular metal cover. You should be able to slide it forward and lift it away to expose bottom element. If visual inspection shows no signs of burn out on it then you will have to test to see if it is getting power. Can you tell if the top element is working for sure?
Hi does this range have a fuse for the circuit/timer board its not on at all but burners still lite and starter works if the is a fuse will you tell me where its at or is the top board fryed or the bottom board yes there is a bottom board on the right sie base in draw area dont know what to change i thought maybe it was only a fuse but can't locate it thanks for your help with this . model kgrc608lss0
