Ms Life cam VX 3000 when I try to contact someone who has the same type of webcam it says that the person is not online. But the person is online and they have given their permission for the transmission. can you help me ? thank you

Hi

Can i know which Operating System you are using and the type of messenger you use for chatting...Ex: yahoo, gmail, windows live, Skype...etc..
