Question about HP Photosmart C3180 All-In-One InkJet Printer
The pages printed are not printed 'straight' (even the test page is slightly slanted towards the left hand side (top left margin is bigger than low left margin by about .1 of an inch).
At the end of every print, including the test/alignment test , it says "The print cartridge cradle cannot move."
Please turn device power off. Check device for a paper jam or other obstruction.
Which I've done, but I'm getting the same results. My printer says print cartridge cradle cannot move. Have turned it on and off, put new ink in- doesn't work. Cradle cartridge does not appear stuck.
I have two of these printers and they both have the problem. I am going to replace mine when I find something I like. As the printer moves the cartridge to the far right, there is a little lever that it pulls forward which moves the paper roller forward. It is very difficult to move the lever and paper roller and I don't see a way around it. I've already wasted too much time on this HP.
