Question about AT&T BlackBerry Curve 8310 Cell Phone - Red
I was able to make the phone sync once, at the lower left corner it acually displayed my pin instead of none. That was the fist and only time, it hasnt worked sence. I downloaded desktop (ver. v4.6).
My phone is ATT-8310 by Blackberry v22.214.171.124 (platform is 126.96.36.199)
Also are you guys aware of the new OS for the ATT-8310 and when or where it can be found.
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

This is done in desktop manager. You have to hook your BB up to your Desktop and then go through the backup and restore process. If you need help we can show you.

You phone could just need a simple reset if the problem is based upon the software.
To do that click the link below to download the Blackberry Desktop Manager and the Blackberry Device Software for your Curve and run the app loader to reset your device

It is a very common problem. You just need a new trackball. Should be about $25. If you want to make it work temporary, then just removed it and clean the trackball and the phone part under it (on the phone itself) with 99% alcohol. It might work for a while again
