Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
On Connect Printer dialog:1. I connect printer to laptop with USB cable2. Dialog: "Printer recognized, wait for installation to complete ..."3. After 10 minutes, "Can't connect to printer..."
I reinstalled (for xp on Dell laptop) several times (as per pretty useless instructions) with latest drivers from the Canon website and get the same behaviour every time.
Has anyone experienced the same problem?
