Kenmore washer model 110.27087604 shuts off the water and returns an F1 error when filling the machine with water.. I have to press stop and start approx. 6 times for the cycle to continue. This also happens during the rinse cycle. The machine is out of warranty purchased in Jan 06.

Re: Kenmore Elite Oasis HE F1 Error
Im sorry to tell you but you have a bad control board. This was a faulty board from the factory. There is a class action lawsuit agianst whirlpool (whirlpool made the oasis). Try calling to get whirlpool to fix it. Maybe try joining the lawsuit. They have remanufactured the part so the new one wont do that again. Its a great machine when it works right.

What is the model number? The F1 fault code on this washer indicates that the water level pressure transducer signal is out of range. This can be caused by the pressure transducer air hose tubing being pinched or crimped. It can also be caused by a failed pressure transducer on the machine control board.
check your owner manual section troubleshooting for error code very important. Normally this error code can be meansL a) pressure out of range. or b)eepron error. or call the factory and get support online via chat or phone for to fix it. God bless you
The F1 error code means that the computer thinks a button on the touchpad is stuck. Sometimes this can be resolved by making sure the touchpad connector fits tight into the control board. The F1 code can be cleared by pushing CANCEL/OFF. If it returns the touchpad needs to be replaced .
Check to see if the screens for your hot and cold water connections are plugged with grit.Or else the problem might be due to factory defect in the control circuit board of this washer. You have to replace the board. Thank you !!

news for Oasis F-51 sufferers! Sears
will replace the electronic control board (the F51 prob) for free, in warranty
or not. Serial #s for the bad board are: CS48 - CS52 or CT01-CT49. Call Sears
hv to rate me ‘very helpful’, or the call won’t get thru!!
F1 error means the main control computer board. see other posts in this section as there are many who are complaining about the same problem. buying the new board (revised) will solve the F1 problem, but other problems will soon crop up on this POS washer. if you have the chance to return it to sears, return it immediately!!!!
Ok these are not the series 70, getting a model number off the door will reallllllly help. Some of these sound like the oasis. F1 is motor control or primary control failure and F 41 is a rps thermistor failure.
