Could somebody please tell me how to solve the following with casio Fx 83 as I cannot appear to put in a negative w/o the Exp button. Its an easy sum. 1×10(to power of 5)×(95 ×10 to the power of -6) Over 8.3 multiplied by 370 I know the answer is between 0.00309 / 0.0031 but can somebody please tell me how to solve it on the calculator above. The Enter Exponent key may be marked as x10^x. It is in the last row of keys, near the =/EXE. To enter a negative exponent use the change sign key (-), not the minus key for subtractions.

10.7584 times 40 is 430.336 .
It appears your calculator is correct. I get the same result on multiple calculators, as well as by hand.

Let's work this backwards:
431.8 divided by 40 is 10.795 .
The square root of 10.795 is about 3.28557 .
