Question about Epson Stylus Photo R300 InkJet Printer
My new epson dx8400 will not print on 260gsm photo paper it just takes it all the way through and then says it is out of paper if i put 2 sheets in it jams after taking 1st sheet all the way through do i have to alter any settings 180gsm is ok had no problems with my old lexmark with different papers there are no paper thickness settings that i can see on the dx8400
Maximum thickness allowed in this printer is 250gsm for Premium Glossy, therefor the paper appears to outside the specification of the machine. Only answer is use slightly lighter paper.
