1 Answer

Music not coming from both earplugs.

When I plug in my earphones for my Sansa c250 MP3 player, sound only comes from one earphone. Called Sansa and they said it is problem inside the earphone jack of unit. As it is beyond warranty time, they cannot help me. Can it be fixed or should I buy another MP3 player?

Your input will be extremely appreciated.

Buy another- seriously. You can view this video if you want to try to replace the headphone jack, but you will probably cause more damage in the process:

Have my earphones on but can not hear music

You could try using your earphones with another device to see if they are working properly. For example, I think my earphones have a broken wire in them because when the earphone plug revolves up or down in the jack the sound cuts out. When I turn the plug around a little, the sound comes back. (I am sure you had the volume turned up :)

Only one of my earphones work for my mp3 player

Make sure that you've pushed the earphone plug all the way in. Some Sansa players have very tight earphone jacks. If that doesn't work, it's likely that the player is broken.

Left side of earphones don't work

I have the same problem as well. you just have to take the headphones out, and not put them in all the way. just put them in partway, wait until you can hear out of both.

Charging the battery on a sansa mp3 player

recharge it by plugging it in to the USB port. your sansa should have come with a USB cable and the ports are pretty easy to find.
almost all types of earbuds or earphones are compatible with the sansa system, so if you just go out and buy some you should be fine.

Can't hear music from sansa

Hi. If you have to adjust your earphone (even if you used other earphones) just to get a normal stereo sound, then the problem is with the player's earphone jacks. If that's the case (and assuming the radio feature of the player also manifests the same problem), then you may need to call the tech support guys at SanDisk for advanced troubleshooting, or possibly replacing that player. I found their tech support contact number at their website upon consulting prior issues I had with my player. Here it is: 1-866-726-3475.
