The product aligns the print cartridges every time that print cartridges are installed or replaced to ensure the highest-quality prints. The alignment page will continue to print every time that the product is turned on or off until the alignment process is completed.

And ................

1. Remove the print catridge.
2. Install the new print catridge.
3.Align theprint catridges.

Thnx.

Turn off the printer for 2-3 minutes

Turn off the computer

Restart your computer. Go to the printer and faxes. You will be able to delete the printing jobs

Now turn on the printer and your are ready to take printout. If this doesnt resolve the issue disconnect the printer. Uninstall the software for the printer. Restart your computer and then connect the printer. It will automatically install the drivers and you are all set.

Thanks

    Do the following:

    • Unplug USB and printer power cord.

    • Restart PC.

    • Delete printer cue.

    • Connect printer back.
If the printer gets stuck again, then there is an additional problem.

In this case try reinstalling the driver software.

You can download manual and printer software from Canon.

How do we cancel prints on Brother HL-2140

You cancel prints in the computer.

If you tried to print something that is still pending and you need to get it out of the print queue follow these instructions:

On the lower right side of your computer screen near the clock area - look for the printer icon (picture of your printer) Right click with your mouse on top of the picture of the printer and choose "properties" from the drop down list. Click on the name of the document that you wish to cancel and click file and click on cancel document. You can also click on the name of the document you want to cancel and then right click on it again and choose cancel from the drop down list.

You may need to choose cancel all documents to get rid of any which are pending.

Unable to cancel print queue

You can cancel a print job from within Windows by going to Control Panel -> Printers and double-clicking on the appropriate printer. Right-click the print job you want to cancel and select Cancel from the context menu. Anything already sent to the printer will continue to print.

You can also cancel a print job from the printer by pressing Cancel on the control panel. This applies to whatever is currently printing.
(You may want to remove any paper from the paper tray first.)

Clicking the cancel print icon stops the job from continuing to spool, but whatever is still in the printer's memory will continue to print until exhaused or the job is cancelled from the printer's control panel.

My dell a920 printer wont print

Try this:

Open your "Printers and Faxes" folder in the Control Panel (which you find by clicking on the Start button of you computer).

Double click on the icon for the printer you're having trouble with (Dell A920 in your case).

In that little box that pops up it shows all the documents that are waiting to print. Click on the Printer tab in the upper left hand corner and hit cancel all documents in the drop-down list.

Sometimes it will erase all but the last one, and it will forever say "deleting."

If that's the case, restart you computer go through the same steps I just outlined before trying to print anything else. Usually this will fix the problem of print jobs waiting in line to get printed.

To help prevent this problem in the future, watch real close whenever you try to print something, and when you see it isn't going to print, hit "cancel print" real quick before it gets bogged down and stuck. Then make sure there are no document "in queue" (as per the instructions above) before you try to print anything else.

Hope this helps!

Printer will not print page 2 of a cancelled document, nor anything else since

you need to stop and restart your print spooler service. From the control panel, select administrative tools, then services. find the print spooler, right click and stop. then right click and start.

This should clear out the stuck print job. and free up the printer.
