Question about Homedics SBM 300H Therapist Select Shiatsu Plus Massaging Cushion SBM300
When I first purchased the Shiatsu1 Massaging Cushion with Heat SM350, it worked fine but after transit of the product, it doesn't work at my new place.
It power's on with power LED blinking when I switch the main switch ON and no other remote keys function. I feel as if its trying to park and couldn't . I have taken all the precautions such as removing the rear two screws and it have worked fine for the first time. Don't know if there is a transit damage or loose connection with the remote.
Any help appreciated.
By the way , how do I open up the rear of the Cushion so that I can check if the connection of the remote to the unit is fine. The zippers are pretty tight.
Thanks in advance.

Give it a good 'knock' on the back (hard surface). You might hear a clink sound. I think it's when a cog gets out of line. My chair is fine now. You'll notice that the rollers start moving back to the off setting. So if it goes off and they are in the middle or top then it's stuck and needs a thwack!
