in the top right hand corner there should be a thermostate gauge

SOURCE: The True brand commercial refrigerator

You will need to adjust the thermostat.
The thermostat will be hidden at the bottom back of the fridge near the compressor.
You may need a screw a flat blade driver driver to adjust the themostat

Did you fit a manufacturers original or an after market model?
When the thermostat was replaced was it fitted to exactly where the original thermostat was fitted?
These things are tempremental and must be fitted just so.

You can use the 40amp....remember the relay can handle up to 40amps. This is controlled by a fuse that is installed in the device.

Do I have to use a TRUE thermostat on my T-72?
The True thermostat sits on the evaporator in a piece of tube attached to the coil. If it won't switch off at your required temp even at position 1 you can use an air temperature type thermostat in it's place. It will sit in the same place but the sensing end will coil up behind the fan. Get a bar fridge thermostat and it'll adjust to your needs.

True's T-49G is not equipped with a defrost timer as it is a medium temp unit, so I would suspect the temperature control may be defective. Part #800393 is commonly used for the True T-49G, though it's best to check verify with model number and serial number. It could also be as simple as adjusting the temperature dial a little bit. The target temperature range is around 36 degrees Fahrenheit.

TRUE Salad Unit freezing food/compressor will not cycle properly
Double check to see that you do have in fact, the correct thermostat. I have found a chart that shows that the differential is all over the board. There is a way to adjust these thermostats but is very time consuming and if you are not a refrigeration tech, you may struggle with the procedure.

How do I align the saw blade with the saw table I have a 10 inch Delta Contractor's saw that is about 10 years old. The blade is not straignt with the miter slot. [email protected]
The Blade Arbor is held to the bottom of the table with mounting screws and stop/adjusting screws. Loosen the mounting screw and adjust the stop screws to make Blade true with miter slot.
