Question about HP OfficeJet 6110 All-In-One InkJet Printer
My scanner never completely makes the run from initialization all the way across the glass. It stays in one place for a period of time and then tries to retreat, unsuccessfully grinding against the return bumper as the wheel cogs grind.... How can this be fixed?
HP.com doesn't have any answers to this question on their support pages, but it sounds like a mechanical problem. Sounds like you'll need to take it in for service.
