Question about Sanyo VPC-E760 Digital Camera
Sanyo vpc-e760, flash quit working early in the life of this camera , it is not even a year old yet? Any suggestions?
You get one year from the date of purchase for manufacturer defects. Call up customer service NOW so you can get a case open before the year is up. If you go to the store you bought it from, they will probably send you to the mfg anyway, but they might be able to give you a good contact number.
But, it looks like if you purchased it from Walmart they may have a different agreement and it might have only been warrantied for 90 days. In which case you are SOL. You could try removing the batteries and finding the memory battery and removing that too, which might reset some settings, but it's probably a hardware problem.
