You get one year from the date of purchase for manufacturer defects. Call up customer service NOW so you can get a case open before the year is up. If you go to the store you bought it from, they will probably send you to the mfg anyway, but they might be able to give you a good contact number.

But, it looks like if you purchased it from Walmart they may have a different agreement and it might have only been warrantied for 90 days. In which case you are SOL. You could try removing the batteries and finding the memory battery and removing that too, which might reset some settings, but it's probably a hardware problem.

I need to purchase a battery charger for my sanyo VPC-e760 camera and can not locate a place to buy one

I found a bunch of them on Amazon by searching for "sanyo VPC-e760 charger". Your camera uses a common battery, type NP-40, so you can use any charger that will fit that battery.

Flash will not work on automatic setting even in the dark. I have tried to reset but it still will not flash.

This is caused by the flash capacitor inside witch fills with eletricity to deliver to the flash bulb, if this is not filling or giving you a sign that its ready to flash then you got ether one of two issues:

1. Battery
2. Capacitor inside
3. or even the flash bulb

When in doubt here see a camera shop they can look it over and tell you what the exact issue is with your unit. On here we can give you the best solution possiable according to what your telling us. Please be considerate of this and leave postive feedback and ratings for all experts involved in helping you with your issue today. Thanks

My sanyo camera is not working

Well maybe I can solve this..... My lens would not retract and showed two error messages. Tried a number of tricks that have been recommended on this site to no avail. Ultimately what worked for me was pushing quite hard on the barrel of the lens trying to force it back in ( yeah i know, sounds extreme but did'n't think it could make the situation any worse ). The lens remained in the locked out position not moving in spite of the fact that I pushed it fairly hard. When I turned it on the lens retracted and it appears to be fully recovered from whatever was ailing it. Hope this works for you.
