How do I remove deleted emails from the deleted box in windows 8.1?

Usually you 'right click on the 'deleted emails' heading. On the list that opens it includes 'Empty deleted Items folder' or similar wording.
You can just click on that to Delete. But you may want to keep some of the emails; on the list of deleted emails you can highlight the ones you want to get rid of, and leave those you want to keep.
They will not finally go until you empty your Recycle Bin

How to delete msn email address

To permanently delete your MSN email address, you can follow the steps below:
(Important: We recommend you to backup all the emails, contacts and any other account information that you think you may need anytime in future. Once you delete the account, all the information within the account will be permanently deleted. Also, any emails sent to this address after the account is deleted will be sent back to the sender.)
1.Go to http://www.hotmail.com
2.Enter your MSN email address (the one which you wish to delete) and the associated password in the respective fields and sign in to the account.
3.Go to "Help" section located on the top of the page and type "Close Account" into the keyword section therein. Hit "Enter"
4.It will display a link for closing the account. Click on the link and you will be redirected to a webpage where you can initiate the process of closing your account.
5.Click "Close Account" and then click "Yes". This will close your account permanently.

Hope this will resolve your issue.

The only way to get it back if it wasn't deleted already is to talk to someone who access to the server. Most companies automatically save copies of sent E-Mails for liability reasons.

Outlook express 6.0 outbox problems

This is a common problem with outlook express. The files have become too large for outlook express. I recommend blowing out all the emails. Try first empty the deleted items. If it will not delete. You need to find the folder associated with this identity. That would be in C drive then documents and settings then your username then application data (hidden folder) then identities. There will be a folder with a crazy name of numbers and letters. Go into this folder and you will see your inbox folder and outbox, sent box etc. Delete the folders that you dont have important emails in and this will dump that whole box. Make sure outlook express is closed when you do this. When you reopen outlook express it will recreate these folders empty. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

I don't think so, thats kinda like trying to stop the postman after he picked up the mail, its out of your hands now. I hope it wasn't personal info where someone could steal your Identity.
