You need add some more papers in the tray properly. els the printer's paper sensing switch may out of order, need to replace.

1. Without turning the product off, remove the power cord from the back of the product.
2. Wait 30 seconds and then plug the power cord into the back of the product.
3. If the product is not already on, use the On button to turn it on.

First try to reset your printer by unpluging it from the power for arround 5 minuetes. Then plug it back and turn it on, see if that clears the problem,
