Sounds like you have weak coils. I have had this many times in the past and changing the coils has always seemed to work....they work fine when they are cool, but once they heat up they stop working.

The flame sensor is fine because it is powering up the ignitor. The dryer does heat a little. It can be only one thing: The solenoids are aged and weak. They work at first then the heat up and quit.

5 year old whirpool gas dryer heat shuts off after running for 10-15 min. Changed the thermal fuse.

Well you know you have heat for a little while so this must be something that quits when it heats up but runs when it cools back down. The ignitor is working and the flame sensor. The only other thing in that same circuit is those operator coils.e48860d.jpg They will quit when hot. They cool off and work some more. Replace those guys and your troubles will be ova.fec351c.jpg

Does not heat

No heat any mode? Drum turns, timer runs? Probably a bad heater coil, or two bad ones. Did it dry real good at first (years ago) then get a little slower but still worked and finally quit heating altogether?

When u turn on my gas whirlpool dryer it runs as normal. when u check on it a little later (on automatic dry) the timer has not moved, and the dryer has quit producing heat

Hi, the timer control the heating commands and, if its not moving(rotating), this will confirm timer failuer. replace it asap.

My gas dryer has stopped heating up.

More than likely the operating coils are getting hot and opening. If it heats a little tomorrow after cooling back down but quits again replace these critters:
