Question about Transcend T.sonic 610 MP3 Player
I from india and i am having the same EXACT problem as you told, also my FM is not detecting any channels, i am just irritated on contacting the technical support from transcend they obliged to change the product though the product is defective they provide instant replies to emails they have excellent tech support, contact them and get your product replaced, please do it soon, TRANSCEND TAKE NOT OF THIS AND FIX IT
I am also getting same problem with my transcend 2 GB MP3 player... It just powers off when I power on - starts with "T.Sonic Family Initialising" and powers off. -Did you get any solution for that? -Do Transcend have any serivce center in Bangalore or India? Regards, Nimesh Modi email@example.com
