Well it could be one of two things. Either there is something wrong with your phone holding the connection to your bluetooth or there is something wrong with the bt device. Test this by pairing up the bluetooth earpiece with a different device. What kind of phone are you using to pair the device up with??

I have a nokia C6 and i was using the nokia BH-108 bluetooth successfully until now. The problem now is that it works for music and everything else but during calls it doesnt work and the sound come out of...

Have you tried to make a call without using bluetooth device?if you can call normally on your handset then, your bluetooth seems to be the problem,as long as bluetooth is paired or connected, there should be no problem on your phone device when making incoming and outgoing call.

Try to test another bluethooth headset to see and conclude which is the problem.

User has a iCom Bluetooth Hearing Aid adapter paired with her Plantronics Voyager 500A base station on a Cisco 7940. When on an active call and she receives another incomming call, her current call is...

Make sure that the Plantronics 500A base inteli-sensor switch is set to the number one setting (should be set on the one line, not the two line setting, on the right side of the 500A base unit). Also if you are using an EHS (Electronic Hook Switch) instead of an HL10 Handset Lifter, that could be the issue as well. The only other thing is to check the user guide for the hearing aid and make sure that there is not an "auto answer" setting that may need to be turned off. Here is a link below for the 500A / 510S user guide.

I cant hear any phone calls without using earphone on my motorola w220 handset.& I cant see anything on my screen.

Did you make sure you disconnected it under bluetooth settings first? Because the phone might still be transferring the sounds to the earphone.

Problem re-I-MATE SP5M

hi thanks for using fixya!!

Try to remove the one you have installed, the bluetooth handset, and then try to make a call. If you are able to make a call. Perhaps, the device you have installed is not compatible with your Imate.

Plantronics Explorer 220 no longer connects to Blackberry Curve

You can have the two devices connected, but still get your sound through the phone. During a call (maybe call your voicemail or an automated number, just to make a call) try holding down the answer/end button on the earpiece until it beeps, and see if the sound switches from the phone to the earpiece. You can also try pressing the speakerphone button on your phone during a call to switch the call to the earpiece.

Did either of those ideas work?

Bluetooth disconnects after 5 minutes

I know this sounds silly, but try having your cell phone more than a couple feet away from the base of the DECT phone. Bluetooth can have issues when they are really close together. I have mine setting about 6ft away without problems.
