Question about Motorola Mobility H700 Wireless Headset
I have a H700 that worked perfectly with my motoroloa Razor. I got today a Blackberry 7130 from my company and the sound is terrible. I was able to do pairing step, it is connected but I can't understand a word what the other person is saying and they can't hear me as well. It looks like there is a constant static sound breaking up the voice. Thank you for your help Wilson
It just so happens that I almost bought this headset, but decided not to after reading some reviews. Apparently when paired with the blackberry, the headset doesn't like to function too well. It has a severe problem with distance. Even clothing in the way of the phone and headset can cause static. I've heard some reviewers say they cannot even have the phone and headset on opposite sides of their body because it perfers to have 'line of sight' with the phone. Do some tests by connecting the headset with the phone while they are very close together, almost touching. Once it's initialized, try to keep your phone in a pocket/on your belt on the same side of your body as the phone. I have not heard why these two products work so terribly together, but the problem does not seem to point to the headset or the blackberry, but the combination of the two.
