Is the self-cleaning prompt in the Easy Printer Manager?

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

When you're asking for help online, it's a good idea to provide more information. It's really hard to determine the problem without seeing the set, so tell us anything you can. Some information that may be helpful:
1) Make/model: we know about your printer; what is the operating system on your computer?
2) What's connected to it? How?
3) When did you first notice the problem? What were you doing right before the problem struck?
4) Have you seen any error messages? What are they?
5) Is the problem constant or intermittent?
6) Be specific about what you observe. In this case: Is the printer on? Does the printer make any unusual noises? Are there any noises/lights when you try to print?
Some troubleshooting steps to try:
1) Turn it off, then back on
2) Check cable connections; turn it off, and unplug then replug every cable coming out of it, then turn it on
3) Turn it off, disconnect anything that it's connected to, then turn it on
4) Turn it off, unplug it for a few minutes, push and hold in the power button for 30 seconds, then plug it in and turn it on
5) Swap out any cables you can
6) Swap out anything you can. Can this computer print to other printers? Can other computers print to this printer? Can you connect to the printer in another way (USB, network, Bluetooth, etc.)?
Give us any further info you can, including whether any of the troubleshooting steps had any effect.

Try cleaning the printhead and the area inside the print where the print head connects. Use folded tissue soaked in a bit f methylated spirit. If this still doesn't work, then it most certain that the cartridges have become incompatible and have to be replaced. Cartridges becoming incompatible is usual, sometimes resulting from expiration. If replaced with original cartridges the issue should be resolved
start, control panel, Printers, right click your printer, check it's online here,
or, double click your printer, when grey box appears, go to documents tab, check it's set as your default printer,
Cancel any jobs,
try to print now
or reboot and try printing again.
Try to clear all the waiting jobs, a printer keeps the undone jobs in memory, Sometime that can cause you problems like that, The printer waiting and waiting and waiting.
Rightclick on the printer icon
open it
check for printerjobs in the queue..if there are any.
