Question about RIM BlackBerry Pearl 8100
I have a 123 symbol in a box in the right hand corner of the screen of my Blackberry 8100, and I can't dial numbers, only letters. This has happened before and has always resolved mysteriously. I've searched the manual but can't find an answer.
Usually the 123 means that you are in numeric mode on the keypad depending on what program you are on when using the phone. There should be a button on the phone to change the keypad mode from numbers to letters.
