Sounds like you may have malware problems. What antivirus/antispyware are you using? When is the last time you ran a full scan?

Hi dear,
I think your internet Explorer has been hijacked.. with a spyware... dont worry..
Go to Start> control panel> add remove programs> and try to uninstall the IExp from there....

Download Mozilla firefox by using your default browser which is My Computer.

How do I reduce memory and CPU usage for google chrome?

I don't see anything here that points to the issue being Google Chrome. You may have an infection or another program could be causing this as well. I just helped a customer with the same issue last week - turned out to be McAfee.

Explorer not open

If you are using IE 7/8 you can try to run the program without loading any add-ons to see if one of them is causing the problems. To do this, click Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools and then click Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).

(You can also load IE without add-ons by clicking START --> RUN and then typing iexplore.exe -extoff)

If those don't work try to re-register IEPROXY.DLL by clicking START --> RUN and typing regsvr32 IEPROXY.DLL and then clicking OK.

When IE dissapears does IExlorer.exe show in the task manager's list of running processes?

Have any toolbars or new sofware been added recently? If so and you are using Win XP you may want to try a system restore to a previous point before the changes were made or uninstall the toolbars completely. Also disabled all Pop-Up blockers to see if that has any effect.clean up ur registry using reginout

I can not start Internet explorer. I click on the icon and it does not start.

Hey,

1. try to open the windows explorer and in the address bar type the address of any website.

2. right click on the task bar and then choose the option task manager, select the tak processes and then check for instances of the application iexplore. In casse there are multiple, select one and click on end process. repeat the same for all instances

3. In case still inaccessiable, try to restart the computer.

4. If the issue still persists, try uninstalling the application using the control pannel and add remove programs, Add remove windows components.

If the problem still persists, use a different browser

Run antivirus or a antispyware software to see if there is something wrong with the system sometimes is caused by malware or virus, restart computer on safemode and run those programs.

Hope it helps

Msn running slow

Explore.exe is your windows environment, it is the bar at the bottom and your desktop, etc. This may be working at a high level of CPU cycles because you are trying to do something within windows (It may be because you just opened the task manager screen).

If iexplore is taking up a lot of processes, that is your internet browser. It may be because you are trying to run a large Java applet, or it is currently downloading a large webpage.

Overall, to optimize your PC, I would recommend running disk defragmentor. To do this, go to My Computer, right click your hard drive (Most likely named Local Disk (C:) ), and go to properties. When on the properties page, click the Tools tab at the top and click the Defragment Now... button in the middle of the screen. While in the program, press the Defragment button. I would suggest running this 3 times in a row to make sure that your data is completely defragmented and pushed to the beginning of your drive. Most people will tell you after doing this that their PC runs like new.
