I partitioned my computer and i lost the sound the version of my computer is D610 (dell) can anyone help me also mentionable that i don't have the system disk if this is possible give me the web address thanks shakib

-How did you loose it?
-What were you doing when you lost it?

once connected windows 7 should automatically find and install the right sound drivers

if your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it
click start control panel administrive tools computer management device manager scroll to sound video and game controllers you might see a yellow question exclamation mark? ! or a red X Right click to reinstall drivers
if you dont have a disk with the drivers you will have to download them

and select your operating system and the type of the drivers you want (audio) and download the requested drivers. After the download finish run the downloaded file and follow the on screen wizard.

you will need to install the drivers for the sound card. You should be able to get them by visiting the appropriate web site for your computer's manufacturer. for dell - www.dell.com. For HP, www.hp.com. If you would like more specific help, please reply with the make and model of your computer.

support.dell.com select drivers the select product select latitude, select d610 confirm,all the drivers will appear select operating system sound and download the correct one i believe it should be onboard sigmatel.

Sound card driver


just go to the website of your manufacture.
mostly good companies provide
even if u dont get just go to realtek site and from there you can download the driver.
or atlast go in google search and just search for the driver by completely mentioning the model name,brand name or if ur computer is assembled the type the name of your motherboard.
