Call Sandisk - they can send you the original. Best Buy is also a good bet.

My philips gogear vibe wont turn on

Reset your GoGear with something sharp like the tip of a pen or the end of a paper clip,

if you're device isn't working properly or there's a frozen display.

Insert the sharp object into the "Reset" hole (located at the bottom of the player), and hold it there until the device turns off.

If resetting the device does nothing to restore the display, access the "Philips Device Manager" through your computer to recover the GoGear.

Click "Start" on your computer, then "Programs," "Philips Digital Audio Player," "Aria Device Manager," and then "Philips Device Manager."

This will launch the "Philips Device Manager." Make sure the GoGear is turned off completely. Connect your GoGear to your computer while holding down the "Volume Up" button.

Continue to hold the "Volume Up" button on your GoGear, until the "Philips Device Manager" recognizes the device and enters recovery mode.

Click the "Repair" button when it appears on your computer, then folow the steps to fully recover the GoGear.

Properly disconnect your GoGear from your computer and restart the device.

Recharge your device if your GoGear dies suddenly while playing.

Connect the GoGear to your computer via the supplied USB cord.

Plug one end of the USB cord into a functional, open USB port on your computer. Plug the free, smaller end of the USB cord firmly into the small USB jack on your GoGear and turn your computer on.

This will begin the charging process of your GoGear.

If recharging doesn't work, the battery may need to be replaced.

Check that your GoGear isn't in standby mode. Hold the "Power" button for two seconds to turn it back on.

hope this helps

I lost my cord that links my Craig 2GB mp4 player to my computer. Where could i go to buy another cord for it? The model # is CMP622E. I don't want to have to buy another.

if you know what kind of connector the player has you can just buy the cable. Most likely mini usb. If you can't tell for yourself you may want to contact craig and once you know the proper connection you can purchase the appropriate cable.

My computer wont reconize my mp3 player

Down load the firmware on Sansa's website. I have a Sansa 250R and it wouldn't work with the new replacement usb (Griffin) cord I bought at Best Buy. So I bought a Sansa Fuze and the cord that came with it worked on the E250R. Huh? Yeah, go figure...and oh, that replacement Griffin usb cord I bought worked fine with the new Fuze. I came real close to buying a new battery for the E250R but instead invested that money in the Fuze.

Insignia mp3

Please provide more information on the error message.

You can use Windows Explorer to transfer files to your insignia sport player. First, in the settings on your player, go to Settings, USB Mode, Connection Type and select File & Folder. Then, plug your player in to your USB cable. Windows XP should automatically find your player and make a new drive letter in Windows Explorer. Simply drag and drop your mp3 files from your c drive to the new drive for your player. You'll notice that when you delete the files on your new drive for your player that it doesnt remove them from your player. You'll need to use your player (settings, system, erase internal) to erase internal (and external), but after that when you add new files, they will be added to the player when it does the profiling after you disconnect the USB cable. Lost usb to opal

Ah, this is the biggest fault with the RCA Opal: the dedicated USB cord. My suggestion: buy another one, take the USB cord out and return it to the store saying you opened it and you didn't get a USB....and that you'll buy another one at another store. i know it's sneaky, but that's the only way.
