Have you tried checking if your computer anit-vrus is updated? do you have active programs which tend to hang-up your computer? do you have enough memory space on your computer?do you have a fast processor?
sometimes, these questions are key to figuring out what the problem is with frozen computers. but if this solution still doesn't work, might as well try checking with your product seller or maker. :)
