Question about Whirlpool LER4634J Electric Dryer
Installed a new motor, same issue. No resistance from rollers or guides. Only 2 years old. While everything was apart, cleaned out all traces of lint just in case. I do not have to wait for motor to cool down. I can just restart it at will over and over again. It just runs for 5-10 seconds and keeps shutting down. Gas will ignite, coils open. Help!
This is kind of unusual esp. on a newer model. Sounds like it could be the signal from the thermostat to the motor could be bad. The timer may be faulty especially since you replaced the motor.
