I have a delstar netbook and it won't let me get

Original question was could you upgrade the Delstar mini-notebook.

Forgive my ignorance, but it's the first time being acquainted with this 'netbook'.
Search hits come up with Delstar DS700 Mini-Notebook.
Would this be correct?

Reviews start at 2010, so I'm guessing the Windows CE version is Windows CE 6.0

Is the wireless enabled on the laptop, if it is then it should detect any available wi-fi network when you switch it on.
If it does'nt detect a wi-fi signal it could be a problem with the wi-fi card driver.I don't know if you have the user guide for it but I thought you might need it so I uploaded it here for you.

I did notice in the manual there is a master reset switch recessed in the bottom of the case. You can use it to reset back to the default settings as if you had just bought it.
You must save all you personal files first though or you will use them.

Hi glammorgirl4, When you login, look on your left, on top of the 'friends on chat', there will be a 'mini' menu, look for the photos symbol. if it's not there, click on 'more' there should be the photos sybol now, click on it and upload your photos.

Unless you have a pretty current version of Flash available on your HP 10" netbook you probably won't be able to use it for chatting on facebook.

Normally, if you are running say Windows 7 or Windows XP you should be able to upgrade your browser and your flash plug-in to allow you to chat.

Try this URL and see if it gives you enough access to get you closer to your goal:

Perhaps you could try a proxy? It's possible it still won't work, but go here: http://proxy.org/ and put youtube or facebook in the box to the right. If it still doesn't, there are alternative sites like http://www.dailymotion.com/

According to the Delstar Manual you should always have the netbook pluged into aan ac outlet if you are going to use an external device such as a Flash drive which is powered from the netbook's usb port. Try this and maybe then it will recognize the drive and function.
