Make sure that the reciever is pluged in properly and then reconnect the mouse to the reciever, also make sure that there are no marks, or hairs on the bottom of the mouse, this could restrict the connectivity.

My hp optical wireless mouse is not communicating (compatible) with my hp620 laptop. The mouse is new. Regards, Wamnbugu Ngatiah Kenya

Hi, According to your problem first check the receiver battery and replace with a new battery. Keep the mouse within the range of the receiver. Connect the receiver with system, keep mouse within range and reboot the receiver and system both. If it doesn't solve your problem then go to the dealer or nearest service center for a replace.

My Dell cordless mouse by Logitech will not point to where I need it. It will not go to where I want it without moving it all over the screen and sometimes that will not help. I have new batteries in it....

Make sure your mouse is as close to the wireless receiver as it can be. If you are in a officle multiple people can be using wireless and there's only so many channels. So put the wireless receiver right next to your mouse pad and reconnect the both of them.

Can't get keyboard to work. Mouse works fine. Replaced batteries in keyboard and tried to reconnect as I did with the mouse. No luck

You say that the battery is ok. Please be sure that the battery is new and placed in the right way.
After plugging the remote box to the PC you must sync the keyboard and the mouse.
The range may be problem. If you keep the keyboard more one or two meters away from the remote, the signal is lost. And if you put the cell phone next to the keyboard or mouse, it may interfere with them. It also may interfere with wireless phone, radio or television signals.
If it continues not to work, you can ask for the new one.
Hope it works.

My battery is new. The light on the receiver is on, the driver is installed correctly, the red light on the mouse is on, (though not changing brightness levels like it normally does). And there's nothing...

Perhaps when changing batteries they lost the connection/pairing.
I don't know this particular mouse, but usually there's a small "connect" button on both the mouse and the receiver, you have to press them both for the devices to pair.

My wireless works sporadically. I have changed

Okay. Haha i just had same problem at work. Try moving the receiver right in front of keyboard and mouse. I found that the range for the mouse is a little greater than the keyboard. Remember the range on this thing REaLLY sucks, mine wont even go 2 ft. Give it a try and let me know.

Wireless Mobile Mouse 3000 not working

I suggest you do the following. After having synchronized both connecting buttons in mouse and receiver, take off battery and next look for a tiny thin button that protrudes from one of the sides where the receiver is placed in mouse, hold it depressed and put back a new and fresh battery releasing simultaneously this button. Mouse would work correctly. Good luck!!! Chawah.

Microsoft wireless mouse 3000 - all lights are on; flash upon reset, but still doesn't work. Running Vista 64-bit.

Try to take off battery and next push and hold down the small button that protrudes where the receiver is placed in the mouse, put back battery and simultaneusly release the button,it might make the mouse operate correctly. Good luck!!!! Chawah.

Mouse

If you replaced the batteries make sure they where "new" batteries, try pressing the sync button on the mouse first, then on the receiver.

If that fails unplug the receiver from the computer wait about 30 seconds and plug it back in, wait for windows to recognize the device again, then re-sync the two.

Wireless devices are handy, however they do add one more area of failure to your computer. I'd highly recommend going with a USB mouse unless you need the wireless range.
