Hi Dennis,
Sorry, it may appear to you that every one is simply repeating the same thing even after you've suggested otherwise. The problem is not that no one is listening to your comments, its just that when a Premium comes in, all (or most) active Experts at that time post their solutions at more or less the same time, sometimes echoing each other. We as Experts can see them all at onc, but you, the customer is only given view of one post at a time, in the order that they came in. Read each post, and if you are not satisfied, just click on the 'reject' option to see the next Expert's post..
BTW..I added a comment, which i hope will help you resolve the issue, if you can get to see it!
