Question about Canon BubbleJet i320 Printer
Attempted to print a sheet of text. After I got the copy I required, the printer printed another copy, then another and so on. I shut the printer off, hoping to solve the problem. When I turned it on again, it continued to print the same text page over and over.
Check the print spooler (double-click the printer in the Printers and Faxes folder) see if there are more jobs listed if so cancel them and power the printer off and unplug the power cable and reconnect and power on. Keep the paper pulled from the tray until it stops attempting to print. Also check the printer settings (right-click on the printer in the Printers and Faxes folder and select Properties and then Printing Preferences) to see if the default number of copies is set to anything other than 1.
