I have multiple speakers hooked up, i just spliced them all in a parallel circuit (wire going to one, connected to another wire to another speaker) and it works perfect.

Hello my frien let me tell you that the system wont accept more speakers or diferent loads per ohm if the total load says 16 ohms by channel thats the total can handle so if you ad more speakers the system turns off before it burns or or have a severe damage........saludos

Sony MHC G88 Hi-Fi music system not delivering sound to speakers thru RCA

tell all things connected, and did not(in detail or photos)
what are you plugging in.(all)
I can buy endless speaker systems and no 2 are the same.
no speakers told, (hardwired, amplified, or what?,)
bad speakers, or bad RCA cables.
bad RCA output jacks on rear of g88 (preamps bad)
or PC end failing,
if I knew all you had there all makes and models and connections exact told , I can in fact tell you tests to do.

Sony MHC-GX250 RCA jack panel

Unless the jacks have physically broken, replacing them is not the solution to the problem. Generally if both channels are dead, then you will find that a pre-amp IC has failed. This can be found by simply following where the jacks enter the PC board then following the circuit till they go into an IC.

My sony MHC-GX250 says relay is it possible that it is causing my system to keep skipping tracks and randomly jumping ??

Mine says that all the time and it doesn't skip like that.. try using some air duster in the back and cd tray.. mine actually quit playing cds at one point.. my friend said it was the "dust cover" or something like that by the eye..

High pitch whir when heavy base like thunder is plaid on left speaker, is speaker blown?

If it is possible to switch the speakers do so. If the left plays up on the right channel then yes you have blown it, however if the other speaker acts up you know that it's the amp that has the fault.

Sony hdx279w surround

Hi,
Your system should come with all the cables and connectors you need for the system. The rear speakers should plug directly into the back of the system using the speaker connectors that came with your system. If you are trying to add additional speakers then you need special connectors for that type of application. You can try www.BogueEngineering.com for special connectors. Hope that helps

Please help

Hi,
I don't think you can do that if your system was not designed for the additional speakers and a subwoofer. Your system is not a Home Theater surround sound system.
You could add the additional speakers by splicing the speaker wires but I wouldn't recommend it and it would not work like a true surround sound system.
