Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
This is a WordPerfect problem, not a printer problem. The PrintserverNN.exe program did not come up correctly. To resolve it, find the PrintserverNN.program somewhere in your Corel folder, usually in the Program folder. NN is the number of your version of WP, included in the name of the Printserver program. Right-click on that program and copy it, then go to the Startup folder in your Start Menu Programs folder and paste it as a shortcut so it will start whenever your computer boots up.
Restart your computer and the problem should be solved.
