I have got the solution. You have to install back iolo system pro 7 and use total uninstaller or any other uninstallers like revo uninstallers to uninstall all files in your system and registry. Also, find any registry in your registry editor to avoid any crash.

sounds awkward I would try burning all your important files to CDs or DVDs to keep them safe and then rolling back changes using system restore- start - all programs-- accessories -- system tools - system restore
from there hopefully you can restore your p.c. to a time before you installed all these programs you wish to remove. Alternatively if you have your Windows install disc (probably not) but if you do then you can install windows again and put your files but from CD/DVD storage. Alternatively you might have a "restore disc" which does a similar state and will restore your laptop to how you bought it.
However I van only advice these "solutions" when you get really desperate, starting over it may take days to get your system how it was before. 1st I would try "system restore" as not all of your documents are affected and you can easily undo the changes you make.
GOOD LUCK xD

"the component IoloSystemService" Error on Iolo System Mechanic Pro

The "the component IoloSystemService" Error message shows up due improper installation of the System Mechanic Pro. Some of the Iolo dependencies failed to get activated and that is the problem.

Now the only solution to fix it is to follow a thorough uninstallation of the System Mechanic Pro.

For WinXP, you can uninstall it from the "Add or Remove Programs".

Next, once its unistalled do not RESTART the PC.

Now, go to the Registry (press "windows" + R to open the run command and type "regedit").

OR

Click the Windows start button and select RUN. Type REGEDIT on the openfield.

On the left-hand side, expand HKEY_CURRENT_USER by clicking the + symbol next to the entry.
Expand Software.
Expand the iolo folder.
Navigate to the System Mechanic Professional folder.
Right-click on the System Mechanic Professional folder and select Delete.
Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
On the left-hand side, expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE by clicking the + symbol next to the entry.
Expand Software.
Expand the iolo folder.
Navigate to the System Mechanic Professional folder.
Right-click on the System Mechanic Professional folder and select Delete.
Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
Close the Registry Editor.
Click Start>My Computer and then navigate to your Local Disk (usually the C: drive) then Program Files\iolo\System Mechanic Professional.
Right-click on the System Mechanic Professional folder and select Delete.
Click Yes to confirm.

For me the problem was Windows Defender in MS Vista. Windows Defender cannot easily be removed from the OS but it can be switched off which did the trick. Go to the options/settings icon (a cog) and make sure it is completely deactivated BEFORE you install System Mechanic. NB: be thorough - go right to the bottom of the list of options and switch everything off. Good luck.

Dimension 5100 and windows xp pro SP3 clean install

I was able to dig this up.
Reference: http://4sysops.com/archives/tip-how-to-install-and-uninstall-a-program-in-safe-mode/

Run Windows in safe mode.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SafeBoot\Minimal\
Create a registry key REG_SZ key and call it MSIService and value data and call it Service, which is the windows installer. This will give you permission to uninstall windows service Pack 3 from add/remove programs while in safe mode.

I have a simple question.

System Mechanic 8 is compatible with Windows 7, Vista, XP and 2000. I am sorry to inform you that it is not compatible with Windows 98.

If you go to the page below and look under purchase now, you will see a windows logo and a list of all versions of windows System Mechanic is compatible with.

McAfee not updating

Some files might have been corrupted somehow.

As per the error, you need to uninstall Mcafee and then reboot the computer. Then once your windows boots back, re-install Mcafee from the CD you purchased. That should solve any corruption problems.

Need help uninstalling?  Click Start -> Run, then type appwiz.cpl and press enter. You will get the Add/Remove programs. Go down and select Mcafee Total Security and click on remove and follow the simple instructions on the screen.
