Question about HP Compaq FS7600 17" CRT Monitor
When I get on the computer and go on the internet it kicks me off. How can I remove all the viruses from my computer without crashing it.
Get avast home from
install the home version and during the install it will ask you to perform a boot time antivirus scan,
select yes and restart the computer when the setup is complete, on start up the antivirus program will scan your whole computer for viruses and if it finds any it will ask you to delete, rename or move. I suggest you delete them all. The scan may take a hour or more you may want to be near the computer as it will ask for your permission to delete files, unless you set Delete all. it will show a option for that..
This is the first thing I suggest for you, if you need more help drop me a comment and lets look into it!

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Video memory should be very similar to a memory resident virus, but I have never experienced one that attacks video memory specifically (yet). If you have a windows OS, then you can try the the following:
Start your computer in safe mode by hitting the F8 key repeatedly as you turn it on. Even if your computer can still start normally, a memory virus could make the following steps take a very long time under normal settings.
Run the Windows Malware Removal Tool. To do this, c
Click the Start menu and click "Run". Type "MRT" (with no quotes) when an input box appears and then hit "Enter". This starts the Malware Removal Tool. If you encounter problems, you can download a replacement for free from Microsoft (see Resources).
Click once on the "Next" button.
Click once on the "Full Scan" selection. The "Full Scan" offers a better chance than the "Quick Scan" of removing a memory virus.
Click once on the "Next" button. You may wait up to an hour for the scan to complete.
Follow the steps that appear on the screen to remove the memory virus.
Click once on the "Finish" button.
Restart your computer.
