Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
The printing position on my RISO HC5500 is printing to far to the left that some of the data is cut off the paper.
Usually I have a problem with the position of the print, is shifted to one side.
what can i do?

I have found this problim on 2 different hc 5500 machines. solution is to go into the service mode and switch off the LCD as it is not reading the edge of the paper, can be a problem on pre-printed paper or coloured paper. code to switch off LCD is 188.8.131.52. you must first enter tech service mode.

Turn the green dial on the side of your paper tray back to 0 it is of center at the moment
