Print position on RISO HC5500 is shifted to the far left edge.

The printing position on my RISO HC5500 is printing to far to the left that some of the data is cut off the paper.

I have found this problim on 2 different hc 5500 machines. solution is to go into the service mode and switch off the LCD as it is not reading the edge of the paper, can be a problem on pre-printed paper or coloured paper. code to switch off LCD is 5.9.1.39. you must first enter tech service mode.
