I was riding along and it just went dead ive cleaned carb and airbox an then fount out it aint sparking ive tryed a new spark plug and it still ont work is it the stator plate or the coil pack nedd to no asap
SOURCE: 2007 honda crf 100 No spark at plug
take a high impedance test light clip output coil side, and then touch primary trigger output while engine is cranking
SOURCE: 2006 crf100 no spark
You have 2 basic possibilities,
The stock spark plug is an NGK CR7HSA. Is a kill switch on? Does the side stand have a kill switch? Is it working properly? Check the operation of all kill switches with a volt ohmmeter.
Check the wiring harness. Did a wire come unplugged? Are all wires clean and with solid connections? Any abraded or pinched wires? If still no spark, get CDI system checked at the dealers shop.
A top rating on this answer? Thanks!
SOURCE: still no spark to plugs even after replacing coils.
Either your pulse generator does not give right pulses to the ECU or your ECU need replacement.Find the wires that travel from the pulse gen to the ECU to check them for pulse.
SOURCE: 05 crf 150 will get spark and run then dies then no spark
is the mixture correct on the carb i would check this in manual or you can fiddle with it to get it running propally
