Hi, I can fix this.
First, on the bottom of the legs, there is a thumb latch, press that all the way down into the hold it is in. do this on all three legs.
Then once that is done turn the whole thing to the left, it should fold in two, on the sides, there are three latchs that go into the hole next to the small legs, those latches secure it in place.....
To unfold, simply press on the holding latches, and pull up.

Re: need directions on how to fold legs
On ours you you push the buttons in and push it over but you can look up the instruction manuel at https://plweb.evenflo.com/replacement_parts.aspx you do need to have the manufactor number and date and they should be On the inside of one of the legs when you adjust it to the highest level or on the underside of the plastic seat ring. hope this helps and if it does leave me a good ranking

Usually the cuff ribbing is cut double the required length plus doubled seam allowances (ie 3" x 2 = 6; add two 5/8" for seams = 1.25"'; equals 7.25" long). It is doubled so when it is folded in half and stitched to the leg, there will be no seams showing outside). The width of the ribbing is probably an inch or so shorter than the leg bottom--it should be large enough for the foot to fit through but tight enough that it hugs (not squeezes) the leg.
Sew the cuff together lengthwise to make a circle. Fold it in half with the stitched seam inside. Then fold the circle widthwise with the seamline at one end. Mark the halfway point opposite the seamline. Then fold in half again with the seamline and the first pin matching together. Mark the other two ends. You've divided it into equal fourths. Repeat the same procedure marking the pajama leg in fourths. Then match the seamline of the ribbing to the seamline of the leg (right sides together). Match the other three marks on the cuff to the three marks on the pajama leg bottom. You'll have the stretch the ribbing because it should be a bit smaller in circumference than the leg bottom. Stretch the ribbing to match the leg bottom and stitch the ribbing and leg bottoms together. Turn right side out.
I can understand your frustration. Try this website https://plweb.evenflo.com/replacement_parts.aspx You would have to find out the model of the exersaucer you are using. There is also a number on this site that you might be able to call for assistance or for them to send you another manual. Let me know if you have any luck.
The water pump is in the leg, you must disconnect the gear linkage and undo the bolts that hold the bottom of the leg in place( pointing up above water intake). Dont forget the one near the propeller. Wiggle the leg and slide downwards. place the leg on the bench , the drive shaft protrudes from the center of the water pump housing. Undo the bolts holding the housing on, and slide it off. Be sure to install the new impeller with the rotors folded in the correct direction to avoid pinching. when re installing the leg be sure to align the water cooling pipes correctly. It is always a good idea to refer to a workshop manual when attempting any maintenance upon machinery.
1. Remove toys and seat from the exersaucer.
2. Fold exersaucer, but do not let the tray lock to the base. With
exersaucer flat on the floor, twist each leg assembly (B) fully
clockwise until it stops. Fully depress one of the pedestal locking
tabs (C) then push on the leg assembly (B); leg will partially fold.
Repeat this for all four legs. After pressing the fourth pedestal
locking tab (C), the Exersaucer will fold with the tray (D) rotating
toward the base (E). Make sure all four tray locks. (F) are locked onto
the base before trying to carry exersaucer.
3. Place your fingers beneath the legs (A) push upward to disconnect
the leg assemblies from the pedestals (B). Repeat for all 4 leg
4. After all four legs have been disconnected from the pedestals, remove tray assembly (C) from the base (D).
5. Turn tray (C) upside down and remove both end caps (E) from beneath.
6. Squeeze both locking tabs (F) on each side of the tray to disconnect
and seperate the tray halves (C). 7. Connect tray halves (C) to form
7. Connect tray halves (C) to form activity table.
8. Rotate leg assemblies (A) fully clockwise until they lock into
postition. Make sure all four legs lock (G) are locked properly into
the uper leg pedestal (H). Also make sure all four leg locks (I) are
sticking out past the edge of the tray.
9. Turn table over and install two end caps (E). Make sure both end
caps lock into place. NOTE: one end cap installs from above and the
other installs from below.
10. Install toys on activity table. If desired, adjust table to the
appropriate height for your child. IMPORTANT: NEVER use stage 3 without
