Question about MyMusix PD-6070 MP3 Player
MYMUSIX MP3 PLAYER WILL NOT TURN ON OR CHARGE WHAT DO I DO
You have to keep your warranty and bring it back to the store or try resetting you player. You might want to keep it in your computer charging even if the screen is black and will fix 1-2 hours later. If you still have issues look at other mp3 players and recommend researching about the next product you buy so you wouldn't have to have trouble shooting problems. If you still have issues then call your local store where you brought your item and call customer service they will help you with you item. Anything Else? Comment!

You all Have 12 month warranties from MyMusix, if you bought it at
radioshack. Go to Mymusix.com or Email: Support(at)Mymusix(dot)com.
As long as there is no physical damage, they will fix it. You have to be persistant, though. And if you don't have your receipt... Go to the radioshack you bought your player at and ask them to print you another one... They'll need your name, zip code, what player you bought, and the year of purchase... and then they can print you another.
