Question about Frigidaire GLTF2940ES Front Load Washer
I have had the front loader for about 4 years. About 4 months ago it stopped working completely. Had the computer board replaced and drain clogged.
This weekend I was doing laundry. First 3 loads no issue. Last load (maybe too many towels?) it stopped on 1 minute and would not finish cycle. Finally got the washer to stop and open, but it does not work anymore. I turn it on, the door locks and it acts like it will work. A little bit of water comes out (or none at all depending on the cycle) but will not turn or wash. The timer on the machine will run down.
Should I just scrap the stupid thing, or pay for another repair man??
Please help! I have a pile of baby clothes that need to be washed! :)
Ck to see if water still in tub if so remove as much as possible then remove bottom cover and clean pump..if you are washing baby clothes use mesh laundry bag for small items such as socks they tend to plug up pumps easily
