Question about Casio Parts Cash Register PC Desktop

MY REGISTER ONLY BEEPS NO MATTER WHAT YOU PRESS

I was trying to back out a transaction by turning the manager key to "refund". Now all it does is beep at you no matter what you press. The display shows E-01 0.00. The model number is PCR-265P

Hi. It is warning you that you didn't finish before changing modes. Go back to where you were (prob REG mode) and finish the sale before turning to refund mode. You can never turn the key before finishing in any mode.

Make sure the switch is on REG mode. Make sure there are NO batteries in it. Turn power off at wall for a few minutes. Turn on and it should beep three times. Then put the batteries in. If it beeps more than three times, the printer is probably jammed or faulty. Make sure it can turn. Try taking the ink roller out as it sometimes gets sticky and jams the printer.

How can I clear a transaction and start over, when I keep getting an error message and beeping?


I would try to input an amount to see if it clears, if you still have manual that came with it there is a number that you can call for help

Error e001


E001 error is the generic Wrong Mode error message on the Casio tills.

It simply means that a transaction was started in one mode without being finished before the key was turned to a different.

Return the key to the mode you were in before, complete the transaction then try turning the key.

If you keep getting the error turn the X and press SBTL.

Make sure it has a new roll of paper, then turn it off and on. Try to use it in Reg. If it doesnt work, then turn the key to the other positions and see if it works in another key position. If it does, press clear, then cash. If it still doesnt work, come back with more info. Does it display any error message?

Program key is staying on with cash register, register will not accept any transaction


YOU did not exit from progamming you where doing. Turn your key back to P and press Sub/total buttton to exit then back to reg and operate

My towa ax100 cash register get error E3


This means you have not finished a transaction. It normally happens when you try to turn the key before you finish. Try turning the key back to where it last was and finish what you started in that mode before turning the key to another mode.
