Question about HP Officejet 5610 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Dear top experts, I have a HP Officejet J5750 All in One.
I just recently replace the black and color ink cartidges and scanned the printed page to align the cartridges. The message said it was ok, but now I can print but will miss lines of print and I cannot figure out why? This was a excel document I was trying to print. please help?
The cartridges may need to be cleaned by the printer. Check for this option on your user's manual, they will usually refer to it as a nozzle check/clean.
If the cartridge is clogged and does not unclog replace the ink cartridge. Contrary to what people might think these cartridges have a shell life and can be faulty out of the box.
