Warrantyon telvision HI Iam Jean Granger Box 425 Coronach Saskatchewan s0h0s0. I bought a flat screen tv at vision at Regina Saskatchewan. if i didn't use my warranty i got some money back. You people send me a gift certificate to use but i have lost it. so i was wonder if you could send me a new one. Because at vision in Regina told me i have to have the paper or they can't helpme. How do you connect a fujitsu p42vca30eh to a BT Vision box? Which cables are needed? Thanks Emma
You should use a HDMI cable. This cable will carry the audio and video from your Vision box to your plasma screen. Connect the cable to the HDMI port on the vision box and the other end to HDMI 1 on your TV. Once that is done turn on the vision box and then the TV and switch the TV to HDMI 1 using your tv remote and then once you have a picture use your vision box remote to change channels and perform other functions. techpunk_0.jpgtechpunk.jpg

My telvision is not getting a signal to the cable box
Are You Using Coaxil Cable or are you using RCA Jacks?

Check connections, call cable company to make sure you are getting a signal from them to your box,
Then check that tv is on correct input channel

If needed, try box on different tv to see if it is the box
or
try dvd player or vcr on same jacks as you had box hooked up to and see if it is the televison or the box that was the problem

Polaroid telvision
. I changed from my component video inputs to the ones on the side of the TV and that works. Seems like the high quality video receiver, i.e. the control box, is the problem, per other complaint sites.
