Click on "start" on your computer
click on "printers and faxes"
click on "add a printer" and follow prompts
if that doesn't work try the "troubleshoot printing" and "get help with printing" on the "printers and faxes" page
of course if you have a different "Windows" program than mine it might differ a little, you can find the same things in "control Panel"

Turn off the printer.
Go to Printers & Faxes and locate your printer icon.
Clear the print queue by right-clicking on the printer icon and click Cancel All Documents.
Delete the printer (and all instances of it if there's any).
Turn the printer on. Windows will automatically load the driver for your product.

If you get an error that Windows cannot locate the driver, download the updated driver and software for your product at www.hp.com.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

Missing first letter of each line printing to xerox dc440st

If it is only from one PC, then there must be a setting in your printer properties (right click on the printer, left click "Properties"), probably under 'printing preferences', then maybe "paper/quality" and or "finishing" (every printer is slighlty different). check theat the Zoom is set at 100% , and anything else that refers to size is correct....that's my best guess.

I seem to have lost the disc to install my printer

Well it all depends on what type of printer it is. Most printing companies don't give a disc with their printer. Mainly because they are supposed to install automatically when plugged in. If your computer asks for a disc, maybe it needs one to install the printer. try contacting the company who mad the printer. You never know if they forgot to put the disc in when they packed it. If that is the case, they probably will be more than happy to give you another disc.

Hope this helps!

Bizhub C350 - Print spooler not running after power outage

I would print out a copy of the network configuation of that printer and ensure it has the proper network settings (I.E. IP address, Subnet mask and Default Gateway. I just worked on a printer that I accidently pull the plug on and it lost it's network settings and wouldn't print until I changed them back to the correct settings.

Good luck

I have changed my computer and ive lost my set up disc for my all in one printer PIXMA MP510 can i get a replacment disc from canon.

If you have Windows Vista on your new computer, the original setup disc is not going to do you any good, as it did not have Windows Vista drivers on it. You can download drivers (for any Windows OS) from this link, as well as the software that was on your original disc (Easy Photo Print, etc.). Be sure and download the MP Navigator also.
