Do a system reset. The relay is holding the line. You can try cutting the power to the Control Box first.

Sure. Restrictions are governed by the station Class of Service. COS6 is intercom only, or you can build tables and give a station some calling capabilities. There's also a traveling class of service and verified account codes to override your restrictions for users with a proper code.

you can go to a web site called wedophones.com they have phone system manual and user guides for a large range of systems they should have a user guide there for tour phone .

I am a Vodavi tech. Not sure about break out info but if you plug a standard house phone into the plugs on the side of the white phone box in either port and it will work as a phone in the system. Press 9 and get an outside liine. You want to know more, I can make it do a lot.
