Go to the acer support website and download the drivers you need and install, or send it back to the place who fixed if for you and tell them to do the job properly

kind regards

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Try re-installing the WEBcam driver.
You can download the WEBcam and device drivers from ASUS WEB site. Select your model motherboard/computer/laptop, and make sure you select drivers that matches your Windows operating system. Hi, I have an ASUS K52je and my built in webcam is upside. I'm running windows 7 64bit. How can I fix this??

It appears this has become an issue with people with the Asus laptop webcams with Windows 7.

Windows 7 operating system goes out and gets drivers for components that are detected.

From what I can find, you can try to uninstall the device and go to the Asus web site below to install Asus driver for your webcam. Most who have this same problem have found this to be the fix.

Drivers and Software for Asus K52JE model latop and for Windows 7, 64Bit.

I got an ASUS Laptob X5DIP Series HDD: 500GB memory: 3gb and there is a webcam inside of it but i cant find anywhere on the computer to configure it, it works but its inverse upside is down so i want...

Hi there. This normally happens when you do not have the driver installed for it.

To fix this , type up you ASUS laptop model number on google followed by Webcam Driver. Once the driver has been found, download and install it. Restart your Laptop and it should work.

Here is the ASUS website and simply filter by model number.

My webcam is upsidedown, how do i fix it?

hi there,
You will have to update the webcam drivers. You can download the drivers from this URL:
http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/nb/Drivers/CMOS_Camera/Camera_Chicony_VISTA32_WIN7_32_615200260.zip
Once you have installed them, the webcam will work normally.
